Submitting Tax Documents

You may email or send via postage mail. Please email documents to For mail - Do Not Send Originals, Only Photo Copies. We strongly encourage the use of FedEx, UPS or proof of mailing method. Our mailing address is:

Once all required documents have been received, your tax preparation will begin. Please make sure we have your preferred email address and phone number for timely communication throughout the tax preparation process. If we are waiting on tax documents, you will be emailed every 7 days. We require all documents to be received by March 31stst to guarantee timely filed returns.


Once tax returns are ready for review, we send a secure copy via email. We will request a detailed review of all name(s), address(s), identification number(s) and reported tax return information before approval to efile. If changes are requested, an updated email with final returns will be emailed for final approval.

If you have questions or comments regarding your returns, you can email those directly by replying to the email containing your tax return. We ALWAYS want you to understand your tax returns and feel 110% comfortable about the information being filed. Therefore, a 30 minute detailed review of your taxes via remote meeting or at our Northridge location will be provided if necessary.


Once you review and approve your tax returns, you are in the homestretch. Just complete these final 3 steps and you are all set!

  • Pay tax prep fees can be paid electronically via secured Merchant Service (Square) or call office office with credit card information. Full payment are required before efiling.
  • Give me permission to e-file your taxes. I will provide your signed authorization forms (Form 8879) via secure email. This "Action Required" packet will include your tax preparation engagement letter and e-file authorization forms for federal/state tax returns.
    This email will be received AFTER CONFIRMATION of no additional changes. For joint filers, 2 emails will be provided that require separate electronic signatures for each taxpayer.
  • Read, sign & date your Signature forms no later than 3 days after you recieve your "Action Required"  Signature email.

Within 3 days after e-filing, you will receive a confirmation email from our tax team advising you that your tax returns have been Acknowledged, Received & Accepted from the appropriate tax agencies.
